How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1. Returns for Standard Products(not for Custom Products) without Quality Problem

  • Customers have the right to apply for return within 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for standard products without quality problem.The shipping fee is depends on your location and the shipping company you choose.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


2. Returns for products with quality problem

  • Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receiving day for products with quality problem
  • we will be responsible for the shipping fee whatever cost.

 

3. Returns for Custom Products without Quality Problem

Please note custom products without quality problem cannot be returned since each customized portfolio is unique and can not be sold again. Please check your custom information carefully when purchasing.

Refunds

  • Returns for standard products without quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
  • Returns for standard products with quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item and the return shipping fee within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
  • The original shipping fee (if have) is not refundable
